1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Certain items (e.g., personal care products or clearance items) are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at atozmarket2025@gmail.com with your order number and reason.
- Our support team will provide instructions for returning your item.
- Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
3. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after return approval.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos or a short video. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t been received, please check with your bank or payment provider first. If the issue persists, email atozmarket2025@gmail.com.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. You may return the original item and place a new order.
